How do I customise my house sign?
When you've chosen your favourite design from our products page, you can select the size and layout of your house sign. Once you've chosen these, the rest of the options will load on the page. Using this, you can enter in your chosen text, and pick the font, colours and fixings for your house sign.
Signs are manufactured using customer input. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or typing errors.

Delivery is calculated depending on the weight of your parcel at checkout. View our full delivery policy here.
When will I receive my order?
We endeavour to have your custom house sign manufactured and shipped within five working days form place of order. Please allow for time for manufacture in addition to delivery. Final delivery dates may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
Do I need to drill holes in my house sign?
Nope! If you've chosen visible fixings, the sign will have holes pre-cut. If you've chosen hidden fixings, the sign will not require pre-cut holes.

How can I double-check my house sign after I have placed the order?
We recommend thoroughly checking the details for your house sign before you place your order. However, if you wish to review the order once you've paid, simply press the 'View your order' button in your confirmation email.
What is the 'Wall Effect' on the configurator?
The Wall Effect is a visual effect to simulate what your sign might look like on different wall types. It does not change any physical components of the house sign.
I received my order confirmation and I made a mistake on my sign. What do I do?

I received my house sign damaged. What do I do?
In the unfortunate event that you receive your house sign with damage, please email email@example.com and one of our customer service representatives will be in touch to arrange a replacement.

I haven't received my house sign. What do I do?
